Biography

Emre Ersoy was born in Istanbul, Turkey and lived there until he was 17. While living in Istanbul, he briefly attended Lycee de Saint Michel, a French High School, and studied the lectures in French. In 2009, when he was 17, he moved to the United States near Clemson, South Carolina for family reasons and started a whole new chapter. After finishing his high school education in D.W. Daniel High School in 2011, Emre enrolled in the College of Charleston where he graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Philosophy and Law Concentration. After his college graduation, he briefly worked for a legal service company that provides operational help to big law firms as a Service Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina. In his own words, this triggered his already established interest in law and thereafter, he attended the Charleston School of Law in the fall of 2017 and graduated in May 2020. Since April 2021, Emre has been licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina. Besides law, among Emre's hobbies are to play sports such as soccer, tennis, and volleyball and watch football games.
